UPDATE! Look at this amazing video put together by Martin Mcatee
What a beautiful day it was this past Saturday for the Edinboro Homecoming Parade! Pin Up Erie was there rocking it down the parade route with Celebrity Look-a-Likes Marilyn Monroe, Betty Boop, Judy Garland, Audrey Hepburn and others. This years theme was Boropalooza Goes Hollywood and we jumped at the opportunity to participate as a Community Float! The theme was just too perfect for us to pass up and we ended up Winning “Best Use of Theme”!!
Emily George of Pointe Foure Vintage Boutique was gracious enough to lend us some really beautiful outfits from her store for the Parade. The Girls were thrilled to be able to wear real Vintage Garb for this Retro Event! Located on 8th Street past Frontier Park, Emily has everything you need to outfit yourself in Unique Pieces for All Occasions!! Go Check out her Vintage Boutique today!
We provided a Photo Boutique during the Presidents Lunch on the Front Lawn by Doucette Hall following the Parade! Doucette Hall is home to the Edinboro University Arts Department. <3 Take a look below at the Day’s events! If anyone in the crowd snapped a picture of our float we would love to see it! We couldn’t take pictures of ourselves riding down the road, so please share yours below! <3

We are so incredibly grateful for all of our Helpers! Here are Audrey Hepburn and Judy Garland!
Our float would not have been so amazing without the help of our friend Tim Dann. His mastermind helped us with the build, on board music (jamming Post Modern Jutebox-our new favorite band!), and the best part-a built-in fan it give Marilyn the authentic skirt blowing over the subway grate look!
We even had a “Hollywood Star” passing out candy!
Jess trying to keep her balance, but happy to me moving after fighting the bees. They thought she was a beautiful flower!
Dancing the Charleston
Some say that Penny looked like Micheal Jackson, but she aimed for vintage Paparazzi-fitting. lol
