Registration by 2pm

Upon registration contestants will randomly pick a question that will be answered interview style on mic with Penny during the contest after a lil walk. 

Line up 3:45pm. Contest at 4pm.

Judging is based on outfit/personal style, personality, stage presence, and crowd interaction!
